What goes up, has to come down !!!

In our first year of college, Our English professor once after class, came up with a discussion of how the fashion trends change. We all had fun discussing how the cycle keeps coming back again and again. One such note was about the length of the blouse sleeves. They go full hand for a while, and grows shorter and then go sleeveless, and continues again. Everyone of us had witnessed these from Black & White cinemas to Gautami's modelling with full hand blouse for Garden Saress to the recent Jo's wedding blouse. We all had a burst of laughter when my prof added, " Thank god it stopped there (sleeveless). Meaning, they stopped sleeveless and didnt go further to stop wearing blouses and completing the cycle as our greatgrandmas.
After looking at the picture on the left (and few other bollywood movies), I have to believe we didnt stop there, but in turn completed the cycle successfully. What do you say??
