Refugee donation
The popular Sun TV show Arattai Arangam today mentioned, that Indian citizens, by law cannot donate to Srilankan refugees......and I do not understand why. Do you have any explanation?

this channel can be used by the LTTE to raise money,and the government wouldnt want indians to support terrorism
Your comment makes sense. However, this came up, when a girl who has to run between india & srilanka several times in her life, due to the attacks.Now in her teens, in college, no relatives, refugee status, is a citizen of nowhere, and noone to help. I really felt sorry for her.
